I am Ahima Panmei, a spiritual guide, naturalist, and student of life. My path began in the indigenous communities of the Eastern Himalayas of India, where I grew up surrounded by land, culture, and ancestral ways of living that honored the interconnectedness of life.
From an early age, I was exposed to the wisdom of many indigenous traditions. My grandparents played a profound role in shaping my understanding of the world. Through their presence, stories, and ways of living in harmony with nature, they laid the foundation for how I continue to learn, reflect, and grow.
Over time, my curiosity led me to explore many healing traditions. I studied at an energy healing school and contemplated under teachers and masters from various therapeutic and trauma-informed modalities, as well as spiritual traditions from different cultures.
While these experiences informed my journey, they do not define the core of my approach.
For me, life itself is the greatest teacher.
True learning is not simply the accumulation of knowledge, teachings, or certifications. It is the awareness and integration of what we have lived and experienced. It is the ability to meet ourselves and others in the present moment—not from a place of right or wrong, but from presence.
How healed, aware, or wise we are cannot be measured by how many teachings we gather. It is revealed in how we show up:
how authentically we meet ourselves, and how genuinely we meet others.
My work invites a gentle awareness of our human condition, our strengths, our wounds, and our shadows. Rather than striving for perfection, I believe in cultivating openness, honesty, and compassion within the unfolding journey of being human.
I also consider myself a naturalist. One of the most powerful ways to ground, heal, and remember ourselves is through connection with the natural world. Living in relationship with nature and aligning with the rhythms of Mother Earth continues to guide my path.
At its heart, my work is simply about presence,
being present with ourselves, with each other, and with the living world that holds us.

About Me

Come home to your wholeness, to the living pulse of who you are
Who I Work With
I work with men, women, and anyone who feels tired of masking their true self—those who sense there is more within them that longs to be seen, understood, and integrated.
Many of us carry parts of ourselves that we have buried: the traumatized parts, the ashamed parts, the destructive or misunderstood parts—sometimes even the parts we do not want to acknowledge. Outwardly we may appear composed, capable, even successful. Yet what remains unintegrated often reveals itself in other ways: through illness, emotional struggle, or in the ways we relate to ourselves and the world around us.
The intention of this work is not to eliminate or reject these parts of you, but to bring awareness, compassion, and healing to them. When we meet these aspects of ourselves with clarity rather than shame, integration becomes possible. From that place, we begin to live with greater presence, honesty, and love toward ourselves.
I also work with:
Those transitioning from therapy into a spiritual path
People who have done meaningful inner work through therapy and are now exploring spirituality, yet feel overwhelmed by the many traditions and teachings available. Together we explore what feels authentic and aligned for you.
Those integrating plant medicine experiences
Individuals who have participated in plant medicine ceremonies and are seeking a grounded, sober space to process and integrate their experiences. The focus is on helping you embody the insights in daily life while remaining rooted in reality and presence.
Those interested in energy and somatic healing
People who wish to explore healing through the integration of body, mind, and spirit, including energy awareness and somatic experiencing.
Facilitators, yoga teachers, coaches, meditators, and space-holders
Those who often hold space for others but rarely have a place where they can simply be human. This is a safe and supportive container where you can show up honestly, without needing to perform, teach, or hide your vulnerabilities.
Anyone seeking a space for presence and self-connection
Some people simply want a place to sit with themselves, to practice vulnerability, accountability, meditation, or quiet self-inquiry. Sometimes the deepest work begins simply by being present with what is.
At the heart of this work is creating a grounded, compassionate space where you can meet yourself more fully and live with greater awareness, authenticity, and connection.

"I've never been one to quiet my thoughts, meditate and just breathe. But with Ahima, I felt completely safe and tranquil. I felt like I was able to take down my layers of walls that have been up for so long. I was able to let my guard down and touch the core of my inner self and inner child that has been wanting to be seen and heard for so many years. My anxiety and depression have subsided. I am starting to have hope and believe in a happier, more positive future for myself.
